Charities We Support
One of the exciting things about Legionella Control International is the fact that we can give something back to grassroots groups around the world that need help to make a difference.
We support a number of great charities and these local, national and international organisations work in a range of areas affecting the lives of millions in the communities where we work.
WaterAidWaterAid works specifically on the WASH crisis: water, sanitation and hygiene. Their vision is of a world where everyone has access to safe water and sanitation. WaterAid works together with the poorest and most marginalised communities around the world to set up practical and sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene projects that meet their real needs. |

NSPCCThe National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) was founded in 1884 and its vision is still to end cruelty to children in the United Kingdom, it is inspired by a belief that we can make a difference for all children The NSPCC protects children across the UK and runs a wide range of services for both children and adults, including national helplines and local projects. They make a real difference for children – by fighting for their rights, listening to them, helping them when they need us and making them safe. Their focus is on the most acute forms of abuse and the most vulnerable, highest risk children and families, working in areas where they can have most impact. |

UNICEFUNICEF is the driving force that helps build a world where the rights of every child are realised. They have the global authority to influence decision-makers, and the variety of partners at grassroots level to turn the most innovative ideas into reality. That makes UNICEF unique among world organisations, and unique among those working with the young. UNICEF believes that nurturing and caring for children are the cornerstones of human progress. UNICEF was created with this purpose in mind – to work with others to overcome the obstacles that poverty, violence, disease and discrimination place in a child’s path. They believe that we can, together, advance the cause of humanity. They advocate for measures to give children the best start in life, because proper care at the youngest age forms the strongest foundation for a person’s future. |
