Dip Slide Incubators
Legionella Control Internationals range of high performance dip slide incubators have been developed to allow the controlled incubation of dip slides and other microbiological test methods that require carefully controlled temperature incubation procedures.
A reliable incubator that can maintain a constant temperature for a set time period (minimum 48 hours) is an important component of any microbiological monitoring and control programme as it allows consistent incubation conditions to be created each and every time. Without a controlled/constant temperature inaccurate results may occur.
Health & Safety Executive & ACOP L8 Compliance
The Health & Safety Executive in their Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 and HSG274 guidance documents dealing with the control of legionella recommend monitoring the general activity of aerobic bacteria in water systems and this can be achieved using our dip slides and incubators.
