Our City & Guilds accredited courses have been developed to suit a wide range of competence and compliance requirements including those of company owners and directors, senior managers, health and safety managers, property and facilities managers, engineering staff and those with specific responsibility for the control of legionella related risks including the “Duty Holder”, the “Responsible Person” and deputy positions.

Legionella Training Online
Our online training courses are accessed via the Internet allowing candidates to learn at a pace, time and location convenient to them.
Each online course completes with its own online examination. Successful completion of an examination results in the presentation of a “Certificate of Training” that can be used to demonstrate the candidate has undertaken suitable legionella training as required for compliance purposes.

The History of Legionellosis, training module LC1 is the first of our compulsory online training courses and forms an essential part of our legionella training programme.
The course provides a good introduction to the subject and covers a number of fundamental issues that help to develop a sound basis for further study of those issues around the subjects of Legionnaires’ disease and the management of legionella risks in water systems.

The Control of Legionella in Hot and Cold Water Systems, our training course module LC3 forms an essential part of our online legionella training programme and is compulsory.
The course provides a review of those issues associated with the control of legionella bacteria in hot and cold water systems and builds on the subjects covered in course modules LC1 and LC2.

The Control of Legionella in Cooling Systems, training course module LC4 is the fourth of our online legionella training courses and although not compulsory it does form an integral part of our online legionella training programme.
This course is particularly relevant to those responsible for the management and/or operation of cooling water systems, including evaporative cooling systems and cooling towers.
